I always will remember when I was invited to a seafood training meeting. I had been in the industry for nearly 30 years so was reluctant to go believing that I knew what you needed to know. I soon changed my mind when I realised that there was much I didnt know. I went on to become an approved trainer and achieved a Diploma – Seafood Processing and , more importantly, encouraged all of my staff and colleagues to get involved in seafood training. I am therefore so pleased that everyone in the world can now connect to that training online and not only improve themselves but improve our industry.
